You can play charades on this website without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Local storage

Gameplay on this site does not write to your browser's local storage. Closing the tab ends the round; nothing about how you played is kept on your device or sent to us.

Analytics

When enabled, this site uses Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymous usage data — which pages are visited, which word packs are opened, when a round finishes, and when someone taps an App Store link. No personally identifying information is collected and no data is sold.

The mobile app

The Charades iOS app is covered by its own privacy policy, which is available on its App Store listing. This page covers the website only.

Third parties

Links to the App Store are handled by Apple, whose privacy policy applies once you follow them. When analytics are enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure site usage. This site runs no third-party ad scripts.

Children

This website is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
